AAR Japan supports people who are

disaster affected people and persons
with disabilities.
We focus on six areas of
work to provide emergency
assistance to
those who are in humanitarian crisis,
and long-term support to build up their

- Refugee Assistance We protect people who have been forced to flee their homes due to conflicts and disasters, and provide both emergency and long-term assistance. * Read More
- Mine Action We protect people from the dangers of landmines and unexploded ordnance that permanently and indiscriminately injure people after conflict and support those affected. Read More

Development We address the needs of persons with disabilities, who often face particular challenges, and support their economic, emotional, and social independence.
